Leah Finley as the President of Operations is an experienced professional with a track record of success in property management spanning over 30 years. Her expertise covers various industry aspects, including private ownership and third-party management.
Leah is also highly proficient, specializing in executive management related to lease-ups and various housing types, such as conventional and affordable housing. Her experience extends across different property types, including retail spaces, mid-rise buildings, single-family homes, mixed-use developments, major capital projects, and value-added projects. Additionally, Leah has significant experience in due diligence, property acquisitions, and dispositions and is well-versed in the entire real estate investment cycle.
Leah's educational background includes attending the University of Phoenix. She has earned professional designations such as CAM (Certified Apartment Manager) and CAPS (Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor) from the National Apartment Association (NAA). Additionally, she holds an HCCP (Housing Credit Certified Professional) designation from the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB).
DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
Michael as Director of Operations and brings 10 years of experience in asset management and property management experience. Prior to joining Ciranta, Michael served as Transaction and Asset Manager at an Austin based multi-family investment and management company with 30,000 doors, nationwide. Michael worked directly with ownership, investors, and property management staff to acquire assets along with implementing the business plan for assets. Michael holds a bachelor’s degree in agriculture economics and a master’s in real estate from Texas A&M University.
DIRECTOR OF ACCOUNTING
Christina as Director of Accounting brings over 30 years’ experience in property management accounting. Prior to joining Ciranta, Christina worked as Controller for a local Texas based property management company with over 140 assets spanning the southeastern United States. Christina brings to Ciranta a strong ability to build accounting processes and procedures and previously managed a team of 32 accountants. She has an associate degree in accounting from Skadron College and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Oral Roberts University. In her free time, she loves to travel the world and capture amazing moments with her camera. Photography is her passion and has taken her to some of the most incredible places on Earth.
DIRECTOR OF ASSET MANAGEMENT
Jake as Director of Asset Management brings 8 years of analytical and strategic experience in multifamily lending, construction, and asset management. Prior to joining Ciranta, Jake served as Asset Manager at a local Austin-based multifamily investment and management group, where he oversaw the company’s Central/South Texas portfolio totaling over 9,500 units. Jake worked directly with the onsite operations and management staff to implement business plans. Additionally, he handled all capital expense projects and oversaw the successful and profitable disposition of 13 assets. Jake specializes in investor reporting, lender draws, and business analytics. He’s instrumental in increasing the value of the assets he manages.
DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
Jessica as Director of Operations brings 20 years of experience in the multifamily industry. Prior to joining Ciranta, Jessica served at an Austin based multifamily investment and management company which has a portfolio of 149 properties nationwide. She was responsible for the operations support strategy, assisting management and ensuring profitability of a portfolio of over 30,000 units between Texas, Florida, Oklahoma, Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia. Jessica worked directly with executive management, ownership, vendors, investors and acquisition team, coordinating a team of operations specialists, while serving as an operation liaison between asset management, the executive team and on-site operations. Jessica participates in administering fiscal accountability, revenue growth, physical asset management and the implementation of marketing and training programs. Throughout her career, Jessica has excelled in all phases of property management including new development and acquisition, revenue management, operations, marketing and training.
Selvam is an entrepreneur with a background in program management and business consulting. He has over 15 years of experience in commercial multifamily real estate acquisitions, asset management and dispositions. He has acquired and managed over $500M of multifamily assets and consistently generated above-market returns. Prior to his commercial real estate ventures Selvam has held program management positions at multiple Fortune 500 technology companies
Selvam completed his bachelor’s in engineering and post graduate education in management at Swinburne University, Melbourne, Australia.
